FULFILLMENT POLICY
OUR ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
All orders are processed within 10 minutes after placement, and a confirmation email is sent to the provided email address. Orders are shipped the same day (if this service is offered on our checkout page) or within 1-5 business days from the order date unless the customer has requested a future date. Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
No orders are shipped on holidays.
Our delivery partners, including Canpar, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Lasership, local couriers, and Ontrac, offer delivery options ranging from 1 to 7 days depending on the location of your gift recipient(s). Please note that this means it can take 1-7 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if the courier extends the delivery time after the order ships.
Once orders ship from one of our warehouses, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver all orders in good condition and promptly. If an order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department. Retain all original shipping boxes and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement, refund, or reimbursement.
If an order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS
We ship to Canada and the USA only, providing the cost of shipping at checkout and in your order confirmation. We have warehouses throughout Canada and the USA; consequently, import duties do not apply to Canadian or USA orders.
